Travel & Accommodation

The Tsuut’ina Nation is located on the SW boundary of the City of Calgary, Alberta,  Canada. The international airport (YYC) is approximately 55 km (35 miles) from the Nation. For symposium participants driving to the Calgary area, the Nation is located off either Glenmore Trail or Anderson Road, both of which intersect the Deerfoot Trail (Highway 2) and its spur, the Macleod Trail (Highway 2A). Calgary is approximately 320 km (200 miles) north of the Canadian-US border, if taking the Sweetgrass-Coutts border crossing, which is open 24 hours a day. The Piegan-Carway border crossing is about 265 km (165 miles) south of the Nation, but it is only open from 7am-11pm daily.
